This page is completley dedicated to the soon to be Xtreme Park called Six Flags Magic Mountain. This amazing park is located in Valencia, CA near Los Angeles and they boast 12 awsome rollercoasters, 3 top water thrill rides and a couple thrill rides. I, personally, have never been to this park, but i am making plans to take a visit and spend a couple of days there this June or July. I can't wait! Here is some hopefully useful information while planning your visit to this awsome park.

SEASON PASS

Buy your Six Flags Magic Mountain Season Pass today and enjoy unlimited visits throughout 2001. SFMM's season pass is valid at any other Six Flags theme parks across the country (passesmust be processed at park they are purchased from before visiting other Six Flags park). Plus, passholders recieve free newsletters with important park information and various bonus coupons! Season passes are available at the park's front gate or you can purchase one by calling (661) 255-0208.

NEWEST ATTRACTIONS

X
Set to shock the world, X is the first of Arrow Dynamic's 4th Dimension coasters. With seats located on arms extending away from the trains, riders will for the first time have no track above or below them, but while being the worlds first true floorless coaster is impressive, the real kicker is that the seats rotate 360 degrees on their own axis frontwards and backwards!
The first thing that will mark this ride is it's first drop, one of the steepest on any in the world. Riders will head out of the station backwards and at the top of the lift hill, the train will dip over for the first time. The trains will bank down the 200ft. vertical drop with riders positioned head first! Whoa!

DEJA VU

One of the world's first Veloma Super Invertigo installations. This is a suspended looping boomerang with no limits! This intense boomerang coaster will feature two 196ft. vertical towers, a cobra roll and a vertical loop.

Location: Cyclone Bay
Height: 196ft.
Cars: Four across cars in a "V" shape, 36 riders per cycle
Lift Method: Cable lift much like those on current invertigos.

FEATURED ATTRACTIONS

*GOLIATH*
Complementing Six Flags Magic Mountain's world class coaster collection, this coaster GIANT takes riders on a 3minute adventure beginning with a near vertical 61 degree first drop into a 120ft. long underground, misty tunnel that plunges you into to pitch blackness. Guests then emerge at 85mph climbing 100ft. above the all mighty Colossus before heading into a series of intense high speed banked turns, camelback hills, huge spiral curves and "zero gravity" drops. Looming 255ft. in the air, the blazing orange track sits high above SFMM's skyline.

*RIDDLER'S REVENGE*
This awsome coaster is the world's tallest and fastest stand- up roller coaster. The Riddler's Revenge's green and twisted track combines standard rollercoaster technology with a twist- riders stand, not sit as they race 65mph head over heels six times over nearly one mile of twisting track for nearly 3 out of control minutes! Can you stand the Riddler?

*BATMAN: THE RIDE*
Batman The Ride combines state of the art thrill ride technology with Batman movie magic. Suspened from the track above in skilift style seats, riders fly at intense speeds countless times over the outside of hairpin turns, vertical loops, a corkscrew and a one of a kind zero gravity heartline spin with nothing bu air beneath your feet!

*COLOSSUS*
This exciting ride takes takes you over 14 breathtaking hills and it has the record of being the tallest and fastest wooden monstor on the west coast! Colossus is the worlds largest dual track wooden rollercoasters in the world as you race the other car at speeds of up to 62mph! Colossus's awsome first drop towers 115ft. high and as you experience this awsome thrill coaster, you experience 3.25 power of pure G's!

*VIPER*
This red blazing towering sanke of a coaster towers 188 ft. high and it holds the record of being the owlrd's largest looping rollercoaster! On Viper, you will be turned upside down sevn times including three vertical loops, a boomerang (two inversions) and two corkscrews at speeds of up to 70mph!

*NINJA*
The Black Belt of a coasters! Sleek, black trains are suspended from a red track overhead. Accelerating to speeds up to 55mph, trains swing freely from side- to- side a total of 180 degrees through high speed spirals and sharp turns!

*SUPERMAN THE ESCAPE*
This coaster is the world's fastest and talles coaster with dizzying heights of up to 415ft. and speeds of up to 110mph!!!! On STE, you are launched out of the station with the use of LIMS and you are launched up to speeds of 60 mph in less than 6 seconds!

*FLASHBACK*
This coaster is the world's only hairpin drop rollercoaster. Flashback's stacked design features six steeply banked vertical 180 degree dives which are entered drom the top. This innovative design produces a powerful free fall experience as trains plunge through the turns. Fast steel switchbacks connect the turns before the trains lunge into a gravity defying 540 degree upward spiral!

Performance times and locations are Third Day at 11pm.. and Earthsuit at 8pm. in the Golden Bear Theatre. Skypark at 7pm. and GRITS at 10pm. in the Magic Mountain Theatre!

DrIll TeAm ComPeTiTion= April 28 and 29th
Give you drill team the chance to show off and possibly dance their way to a trophy. Be sure to prepare your best routine for our esteemed panel of judges!

Jr. HiGh MaTh and ScIeNcE DaY= May 6th.
FREE workbooks stimulate learning with excercise and estimating ride distance by observation, figuring acceleration, speed and other math and science concepts!

SpRiNg DanCe FeSt= June 10th.
Summer Dance Fest is a great non competitive oppertunity for your dance studio to perform at Six Flags and enjoy all the rides, shows and attractions afterward. Performances can be ballet, tap, jazz, novelty or modern dance routines. Open to all ages.

Jr. HiGh GrAd NiGhTs= Fridays, June 1 and June 8
Students celebrate with exclusive access to the park for an entire evening. A memorable way to say farewell! Make sure to reserve your space early so your class can be part of this awsome and special event!

FiReWoRkS SpEcTaCtUlAr= July 4th.
Celebrate our nations birthday with an exciting fireworks show in the evening and enjoy all the rides during the day!
